Very professional and respectful individual. Answered all my questions and made clear what needs to be done and for what reasons. Although, this procedures are not cheap, at least I was sure I get what I paid for. Received results in promised time frame along with detailed report easily interpreted by regular person. If you have any suspicion of mold in your house, invest in this and have leverage on your landlords and know your rights. Mold is toxic and not something you want to play with.
