I’m beyond disappointed in Santarelli Oil and will never recommend them. I ordered oil on 12/21 knowing it was Christmas week and I had more than a quarter of a tank. I called 3 times on 12/29, 12/30 and 1/2/26. I even left an emergency message with the answering service and they never returned my call. Website says 5 days delivery which is False Advertising. I was down to 1/8 of a tank and they couldn’t give me a delivery date. Told me at least 10 days. The customer service Rep was rude and arrogant. Italians are raised to be Respectful and the way Anita spoke to me was condescending. On January 2nd I called Stiff Oil and they delivered a full tank of oil on January 3, 2026 assuring me that I wouldn’t run out before the delivery. They were very polite and understanding. Do not Use Santarelli Oil! They absolutely will NOT help you in an emergency, and the ill trained people who answer the phone are rude and do not care if your oil ran out waiting for them to show up. This lady actually was arguing with how much oil goes in my tank and how much I had ordered! She was only too happy to cancel my order and move on to the next phone call. They actually expected me to pour diesel fuel in my tank for 10 days while I waited for them to decide that I was worth their time. Never again! Find a smaller company who actually cares and will help you like I did. Thank you, Plociniak!

Santarelli & Sons Oil Co. has consistently been excellent for 5 years now. They just saved me completely because I was down to 1/8 a tank. Cannot say enough about how great my interaction always is. Kudos to Anita for her fantastic customer service. Very grateful.

Congratulations Santarelli, you've just lost another customer! Long time customer here. Placed an order 9 days ago, never got the oil. Called 7 times and sent an email as I was running extremely low, and wanted to get an update on the delivery date. You never even had the courtesy to return my phone calls. Pocono Fuels brought me heating oil 12 hours after my first call to them as a new customer. I'll now be doing business with them.

We ordered and paid in full December 15th for heating oil was told 5-10 days. With weekends and holidays not included. Well we called every day after the first 10 days only to be told they are in peak season and their timeline was 10-12 days, Well on Friday we were sitting behind them at the light 5 minutes away so we called and was told we aren’t in that area. Then on Wednesday we were told that we were on the schedule so we sat here all day and again they never came. We finally got the oil deliver on 1/03 That is horrible customer service, they never once apologized just said nope not today and basically hung up
