I see another reviewer had a similar interaction. Was on the turnpike and I must have done something. The driver of truck YXH 5515 on August 3rd stayed side by side with vehicles for the next 5 miles to not let me pass. Part of your business is your work but most people remember how you made them feel as well. Definitely would not recommend this company based on the fact that their employees feel free to do things like this in their company vehicles.

Santa’s put 2 separate HVAC systems in our new construction home in 2022 and 2025 (1st and 2nd floors.) This is a business that treats its customers with respect and does a superb job at designing and installing its systems. Customer service is top tier and response time is excellent. Santa’s is the Cadillac of HVAC companies and they have earned our respect and loyalty!

Ken did a great job troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue with first floor heater. He was able to clean out the burner and get it working reliably without the need for additional new parts. Ken is a credit to a great organization put together by Joe!

My development is relatively new and used Santa's to install the A/C units. I have had really bad A/C issues for three weeks now. I initially used a bigger name service and they were responsive, but expensive, and recommended i reach out to Santa's to see about my warranty. I do have a parts warranty with them. I have reached out to their service manager REPEATEDLY, she NEVER returns my calls. I only spoke with her once, and all she said was yeah she got my message and added me to service. The guy who came was rude as hell. Very strong attitude and acted like I was inconveniencing him. Because I wasn't already "on the schedule." I tried explaining the issue and he had the audacity to say "well this isn't even that bad" (74 degrees when AC was set to 68, oh its 85 now because he fa

Apparently overnight my pilot light to my furnace went out, didnt notice til morning, called a few different places, no answer. Then I called Santa’s & they picked right up! Valerie sent out the closest technician within a few hours & before i knew it my family & I had our heat back up & running asap! Great experience, john(the tech) was awesome, very nice, knowledgeable & was super quick & when youre in the dead of winter & need your heat back up, “quick” is realllyyy super key! If you need your heat or a/c back up & running asap, id call Santa’s every single time! You wont be dissapointed, 100%!
