Santiago and his team did a fantastic job refinishing the hardwood floor in our living room and stairs. They also did work for us back in April when we had our kitchen renovated. His team installed new hardwood flooring in the kitchen and hallway. Then they sanded and stained all the new flooring as well as the existing hardwood floor in our dining room. They do beautiful work. We are very happy with the completed projects.

Santiago and his crew did an excellent job on our hardwood flooring. He sanded down and refinished all the hardwood floors in the house as well as adding a section of new flooring. Looks amazing! We have gotten a ton of compliments on the hardwood floors. Very reasonable pricing and did a great job working into our schedule before we moved in. Santiago is such a professional. He is neat and meticulous. I really appreciate an eye for detail. He is so skilled, he didn’t even have to remove the quarter round and the floor is seamless. They look brand new. He was on time, super affordable, honest and talented. I was so hesitant about dust, but there’s very little. His machine collects most of it. Santiago and his team did an absolutely amazing job. At our previous home we had our floors redone from someone else and we thought they looked great. However, this is another level of craftsmanship these floors are flawless. The guys come in and make sure all rooms not being worked on are sealed off, they are super respectful and they also take the time to make sure everything is done right, and it shows. Would recommend these guys in a heartbeat to anyone.

Highest recommendation! If you are renovating your hardwood floors, I would recommend Santiago and his team. My home is 99 years old and features oak flooring that was covered by wall-to-wall carpeting. Santiago masterfully brought the hardwood (and the walnut inlay) back to life. He works magic and was in / out in a timely manner. I am .......beyond happy and you will be too!
