Bob Santoro showed up and was upset because there was a tree removal crew working outside. He was rude to my sister-in-law, to my husband and to me, as he stormed off the job saying he would not work in this environment. We had been waiting for 2 weeks for a small mixer issue to be repaired in our shower. We had two sets of guests visiting without a working shower. We were very excited to finally get a time to get it repaired. We have four adults and four young kids staying in the unit. I am 7 months pregnant. Both a lawyer and a doctor were working remotely within the unit at the time, without issue. It seems like he was expecting a quiet penthouse corner office to do his plumbing service. Very easy to communicate with. They answer the phone when you call or get back to you right away. Pleasant and professional on the phone. Can't wait to have them do our project.

We had a plumbing issue at our house in new durham. We called the 24 hour emergency number as it was after work hours on Friday. Bob got back to us promptly. We determined the cause of the issue to be our pump lost power due to a tripped breaker, but were grateful for bob to call us back and co firm that could have been the cause of the problem. He also gave us some advice in case other similar issues arose. Very happy to have him in my town in case a problem arises.
