We had a great experience with Ben and his team from the start. Ben was always easy to contact and they were here every day working hard. I work at home also, and they were very courteous and professional with everything while I was on calls, etc. Our basement came out beautiful! They did a full bathroom, an office, and a large, finished area. I already get so many compliments on it. I absolutely recommend Santoro!

Ben and his men installed 9 windows and a sliding glass door for me. They did an absolute fantastic job!! They arrive on time clean up as they go. Absolute perfection on installing them. Cleaned up completely when finished. My windows look beautiful!

He was patient with us and walked us through step by step what we could expect in terms of a plan to address the issues. Turned out that it wasn’t as bad as we thought! He still got the job done for us and was nothing but professional and kind through the process.

He turned a completely unusable space in our basement into the perfect playroom for our son complete with a custom feature wall and storage.
