He was able to understand the problem quickly and clearly over the phone, understand my need and show up in just a couple of days. Everything went exactly as he said it would. A very pleasant experience working directly with Dom Santucci on a repair to our 50+ year old septic system. Dom advised we could do a relatively simple and inexpensive repair (vs replacement) to fix our overloaded system from overuse during the pandemic. The crew completed the entire job in only two days, and within two weeks of my initial contact. Very professional, great communication throughout the process.

Dom Santucci and his team replaced a sewer pipe in our home. It involved making a new connection to the village’s pipe and capping off the old connection in a different area.
