We hired Sanwick for a full kitchen remodel and couldn't have been happier with the experience / outcome! They were patient with us on changes and all workers / contractors that came into our house were knowledgeable, respectful, and did great work. Pricing was competitive with other bids we received. We would absolutely hire them again for future projects.

Sanwick Remodeling has done four different projects for us; we are extremely pleased with each. One, a total remodel of our master bedroom/bath areas, was beautiful beyond expectations. The bath placed first in the builders’ association competition that year. Another was in response to major water damage in our lower level. Although already pressed by a busy schedule, Todd Sanwick immediately sent workers to mitigate the damage, then refinished the damaged area. The renovation much surpassed the original! Todd also successfully negotiated coverage with the insurance company. The other projects involved rebuilding our front and back decks. We are quite satisfied with the results. Sanwick Remodeling did a major remodeling project on the first floor of our home and did a great job. We moved walls, added a main bathroom, and completely changed the floor plan. We knew all the costs up front and they met their timeline. I recommend them for a project.
