I contacted Sapphire Cleaning Services late in the evening after returning from vacation because one of my dogs had an accident and the house smelled. With Thanksgiving plans coming up, I needed help quickly. Melissa replied right away, said she’d check the schedule, and got back to me first thing the next morning. She was able to get me in immediately. The team arrived on time, was extremely professional, and removed stains I couldn’t get out even with a rented carpet cleaner. The odor is completely gone and my carpet looks amazing. Their services are a little pricier than some others, but absolutely worth it for the quality, responsiveness, and results. I’m extremely impressed and highly recommend Sapphire Cleaning Services.

Anybody with kids and pets will not be disappointed. This couple did an AMAZING job! The carpets look and smell so much better now, and they did so using kid, pet, and environmentally safe products. They done an amazing job cleaning our carpets. The kitchen carpet was so bad we thought we would have to replace it. Now it looks as good as when it was installed 20 years ago.
