ParkMobile allows you to 'reserve' a parking spot at this garage ahead of time which you have to pre-pay for. But beware! They don't actually reserve a space for you. If you are parking here for an event at say State Farm arena or MB stadium, and don't arrive well in advance, chances are there won't be any spots left, because they let anyone in with a credit card. ParkMobile's instructions say to print the reservation (with the barcode) so that you can show it to the attendant. There's no attendant! Additionally, there's no automation here that counts vehicles in and out, so the gates remain open regardless of whether it's full or not. You can end up (like and I others) circling all the way to the top only to discover you have to turn around and circle down and out the exit. On the plus

For the folks who like to read reviews, this place actually worked out perfectly for a football game. When you purchase your ticket in advance, they send you to the bottom level, I assume this aided me with leaving after the game conveniently. 🤷‍♂️ I will purchase this place again if needed in the future. It was a 10-minute walk to the Falcons stadium!! Happy hunting!!

Well located for easy access to many downtown areas and sport/events venues. They required me to print the ticket which was scanned at the entrance by a friendly attendant. I was also told to display it in the front dash. The purchase was easy and it was more than half price of what it cost to pay near the MB stadium. Took about 10 minutes walking to get to the gates. I would recommend it

It's located across the street from State Farm Arena near a busy intersection. The process was easy and simple since I prepaid for parking using ticketmaster. The prices are higher the day of the event ($40) so prepay. The lot is well lit and well secured. There was no issues getting in or out of the lot with crowd control at the end of the event.

Purchased prepaid parking for the R&B event October 1st. Arrived to the parking garage around 8pm and was told the lot was full. What is the point of purchasing prepaid parking if the staff are too incompetent to hold space for the people who prepaid. I still have not received a refund and have been getting the run around for almost a month now. I would never pay to park there again!
