I needed to change out carpeting in my rental condo but had no experience with LVP. My condo association recommended Sarasota Carpet & Flooring as many units in my complex had floors installed by them and had great experiences. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!! My sales rep Jeremy Hoene was so helpful and kind explaining the specs of the different products and helping me select a color/style that worked perfect for me. I had a limited amount of time I would be in town and they were amazing with a quick installation. Ordered it on Thursday, installed the following Tuesday. My 3-man crew installed Living room plus 2 bedrooms in one day. Very professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company for flooring.

This company is THE BEST. Our friend and neighbor used them for the installation of new bedroom carpet and raved about their products and installation services. We recently bought a new house and had it completely gutted. We were looking for a light colored luxury vinyl plank (tough to find) and SC&F had a great product for us. Also found the perfect carpet for our primary bedroom. Our sales representative, Steve, came to our house during the demolition process and took measurements. We had a proposal from him soon after and we're very pleased with the price. The company's installers did the work while we were 1,400 miles away. We had a really unusual experience shopping at Sarasota Carpet and Flooring. We went to a few different stores in the area and we were so glad we chose to use them. Our sales rep, Jeremy, went above and beyond typical customer service. He was available at the drop of a hat throughout the entire experience. The interaction was so easy, friendly, pleasant (and unusual), we were tempted to have him over for a BBQ! Our newly carpeted area is gorgeous. Super happy customers here!

Our experience with Sarasota Carpet & Flooring was a breath of fresh air. We needed new flooring installed in our elderly mothers house and logistics was challenging. Our salesman "Jeremy" went above and beyond in helping us choose flooring and put together a compressed and intense install schedule to minimize disruption.
