Our garage door suddenly stopped opening one morning and we could not get the car out. The technician arrived quickly and found that one of the cables had worn down and slipped off the drum. He replaced the cable and checked the tension of the springs so the motor would not struggle. After testing the door several times everything worked perfectly again. I really appreciated how clearly he explained the repair.
They helped us move from a manual system to a fully automated garage. Installed opener, programmed the keypad and two remotes, and tested everything. Gave us a demo too. Highly recommend!
