William did a great job with my carpets, stairs, hallways, rugs... everything. He does this extra cleaning process step that extracts all the extra gunk/petfur (I have a really long hair large dog) even after my routine vacuuming, before starting the actual steam clean. Just watching the extra dirt and stuff that comes out from under the carpet surface is satisfying. He doesn't rush and does a really thorough job. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.
I had the carpet of both my lobbies cleaned. Alex was very thorough and fast. He uses nontoxic cleaners and just brings a very long hose into your space...no large equipment! I will be using SCCP again! Thanks!
My job was very good upon completion with one exception. The stairs, after it was dry, could look at add better. Otherwise i was quite pleased.
