A broken spring on my garage door - in the middle of a snow storm - prompted me to call Saratoga Garage Door Solutions!! To start - I rarely write Google reviews. Kenny showed up in under 30 minutes in a snow storm!! He not only replaced the spring on the spot - but tightened up all parts to ensure a smooth run on the track! What great customer service!!!! Kenny was knowledgeable, honest, professional, and just a pleasant person to converse with. All my questions were answered with detailed explanations and to boot - the price was extremely fair!!!! I made an appointment with Kenny for Friday, due to vehicle trouble he wasn't able to make it to my appointment, he assured me he would get to me by Sunday. Which he did. He showed up Sunday morning like he said. Got a parts list and off he went. Great guy and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend him for all overhead door needs. Making an appointment with him at a later date for door openers.

Schedule an appointment , Service Personnel(Actually, the owner of the company) Showed up on Time.. Diagnosed the problem with my garage door and Made the necessary repairs.
