We worked with Mary from Saratoga Kitchen and Bath. There were many pro's and con's to the whole experience and thus my middling 3/5 star review. Pro's: Great references - the recommended countertop people, contractor, under cabinet lights were all excellent 3D model of kitchen with new cabinets Double checked all measurements In person view of what the cabinets will look like, both color and style Minimal pressure Showed up on time for all planning meetings Final kitchen result is beautiful Con's: Not good at dealing with delays/setbacks (Corollary, do not use Wellborn Forest under any circumstances) Showed up an hour early for cabinet inspection to deal with cabinet issues and left before I was available to discuss how to fix the issues Since the cabinet issues started I've needed to p

I worked closely with Lorraine to remodel our kitchen and primary bathroom and to add a small kitchenette to our basement recreation room.
