My appointment with them went great. They came out and replaced two parts on a toilet, one I didn't realize had went bad. They're reasonably priced, prompt,and professional. Only one compliment and that's they were supposed to check all the faucets to make sure water was running freely, they really didn't and now I have no running water in my bathroom sink and can't unscrew the little part that the screen is in and don't know what to do But, lesson learned. I will be hiring them to do future projects without a dought.

After I left a message earlier in the day, they were very quick to follow up with me. Since they were very busy, they couldn't have a technician come to my house to make the emergency repair for the next few days. So, they offered me a referral to another company in the city that might me able to help me in the meantime. That is customer service at its best. Thanks! I'll do business with you in the future.

Excellent service and very reasonable prices. This place has been around for decades!!!!! There's a reason for that, not only are they good at what they do but they're also excellent at their trade.

I used this company to install a commercial hot water heater for me and I couldn't be happier with the result. Very professional service at a great price. I ran into a delay with access to the building and they were extremely patient and accommodating. I would highly recommend them.
