Chaz and Andy arrived almost before I hung up the phone, diagnosed the ruptured well pipe-to-pump accurately, (water flowing up through ground into basement), promptly activated an energetic team and had this complicated job perfectly completed in one day – all with knowledgeable friendly spirits. These guys are awesome. We had our pump go out and were without water (which can be horribly tricky when you have a baby). I called and left Andy a voicemail. He called me back maybe 15 minutes later and then was at our house within an hour. Within 2 hours after that our pump was replaced and we had water again. Terrific service, terrific response time, just terrific overall. Would recommend to anyone with any kind of artesian well needs.

We had no water pressure this morning and Sargent came out within 40 minutes. They replaced the control box and were literally out the door in 7 minutes. Highly recommend them for their service; they really know how to diagnose pumping issues fast and I liked that they had the right spare parts on the truck to get us up and running quickly. The technicians were also kind and professional.

We called S.A.W. on an extremely cold & windy February day about some annoying water pressure issues we were having. Chaz showed up with Andy in about 15 minutes. They checked our well-pump, checked the inside equipment, thoroughly went over the issues, and made recommendations we understood and agreed with. They came back out in two days and installed a new pump for a very reasonable price. The water pressure issues are 100% better now. I would highly recommend Sargent Artesian Wells.
