I have been using Sarpy Irrigation for about 3 years now. They helped repair my outdated sprinkler system and have since been providing maintenance services. I usually have Brian come out and he is respectful, professional, and informative. We had a freeze last year and he even went out of his way to gave me a heads up in advance to avoid any damage to my pipes which I thought was above and beyond. Brian came and took a look at the system for the house we purchased. The day before our appointment, I had to change the time and he was very professional and flexible about making the change. When he came to look at the system, he was friendly and respectful of the house. Definitely a good experience, and his advice was helpful and honest. I'm glad I called Sarpy Irrigation.

We had a valve go bad and needed a some of the sprinkler heads adjusted and/or replaced. I've never needed any service on the system and wasn't sure which company to call. The companies with the most reviews were not immediately responsive and said it would be 4 to 6 weeks out for an appointment. Bryan responded quickly and booked me an appointment within the week. He was on time, professional, had all the parts needed, and very reasonable. I highly recommend Sarpy Irrigation, they are now listed as our go to for sprinkler repair!
