The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions about the lighter flooring options. The quality for the price was truly outstanding. Another company tried to upsell me on Shaw flooring and even included toilets as an ‘added value,’ but Sartes was honest and straightforward — they explained that those things shouldn’t be treated as extras, but simply part of how flooring should be properly quoted. The owner also went above and beyond by finding someone to handle the painting and including it directly in the quote along with the molding.

They did an amazing job replacing carpet for us in our daughter's room! I was nervous bc this room had some interesting cuts needed bc of a built in bed/storage area and they killed it! Very impressed with the whole thing starting with Andrey, then Diogo coming out to measure and of course the install guys doing such an outstanding job! Thoroughly impressed and that doesn't happen often for me as I'm very picky with contractors!

Really good store. The crew helped me pick out the right flooring for my basement—best mix of quality and price for my needs. They came out to measure, gave good advice, got everything delivered fast, and the prices for both the product and install were awesome. Total no‑brainer. Way better than those big‑name places that try to charge 5–10x more.
