Satin Finish Epoxy and Flooring

Wow! I never thought I could love a garage floor this much! Satin Finish was punctual, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and politely throughout the project. They completed my garage in just two days and did an incredible job grinding down and filling the cracks in the old floor. I picked Shoreline epoxy chip and I could not be happier with the result! I highly recommend them.

Peter was amazing, his nephew Chris did first class work. They meticulously prepped my patio, grinding, patching, taping and covering my pool. They used all the premium materials, they were fast, efficient, and the results were breathtaking! My pictures don’t even do it justice. Several neighbors and co-workers already asked me for their info after seeing it in person! You won’t find a classier bunch in SOFLO guaranteed!!!! Showed up on time, and when I found one tiny spot that needed top coat in the big 800+ sq ft job, they came back and took care of it the next day!! I don’t even know where to begin with our experience using Satin Finish Concrete Epoxy Flooring, but I can confidently say this is not a company I would ever recommend. We originally hired them for an epoxy flooring job that ended up taking three months, a process that should have taken a fraction of that time. We repeatedly had to follow up, asking for someone to come back and fix work that was clearly incomplete and poorly done. Each time we reached out, we were met with a new excuse: a car broke down, someone was unavailable, and so on (we have the messages to prove it).
