Satterwhite Pools

Got into issues trying to get pool ready for sell of house. The house sell fell thru... The pool didn't. Mr satterwhite was so good about all the back issues not pertaining to the pool itself. Real gem of a company. The pool is excellent too. Would highly recommend using this company. No hidden bills. Honest which I value highly. Compentent and does the work when he says ....weather permitting

Have been using Satterwhite Pools for two years now. The workers are very respectful and courteous. They go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. I know my pool area will always be ready for guests. If you are looking for worry free pool maintenance give these guys a call, they will not disappoint.

Seriously folks - if you don't give Satterwhite an opportunity to earn your business then your cutting yourself short. Pool is now 2 seasons old and still looks and works absolutely perfect. Mr. Satterwhite and company do it the RIGHT way. No nonsense. No shortcuts.

Poor customer service. They started off good, but when the owner started to let the other ppl run the show. Thats when the customer service declined and stayed there. They don't tell you what's going on with the pool, and you have to chase them down to find out what's happening. It took them 4+week to stop my pool from being green...and they still didn't clean it right. They have told me several times that it's good to swim in...its not. My kids are afraid to get in the pool. Trust me, call someone else.

Our old pool needed to be replaced to include the concrete around the pool. When suggested to Mr Satterwhite if he could build a lap pool - Mr Satterwhite did not hesitate and said he could. His team was professional and very hands on. Would not have anyone else build a pool except Mr Satterwhite.
