From 1st call (admits a water leak emergency) to Julianne to Brian’s site visit to explain products & process to their squeezing in the work to accommodate our schedule and finally Elmer’s final sweep and wash of floor, triple A service. Timely, knowlegable and great follow-through, we’d recommend them without hesitation.

Absolute awful quality, timing, and communication. This project was supposed to start at the beginning of march and two days before they started they pushed us back two weeks. Which if we weren’t a business I would not have care however, we are a dog kennel and they were laying down epoxy in our kennel were the dogs sleep. Was a huge set back for us since we did not schedule as usual. So two weeks later they set one guy out to take up the existing floor and prep he only worked two hours every day for four days in a row. And Jacob only said it would be a three to four day job and by the end of the week we could use the kennel again. They didn’t show up some days and when we called they said everyone called out… they used this excuse twice with us. Jacob the owner or manager gave us his numb

Although the office personnel have sweet voices and outwardly kind dispositions, their trustworthiness is suspect. Beware! They may do unauthorized work in your home ! They did in mine. Although I informed the office that I didnot want to proceed with a portion of their proposal, their crew proceeded with this work anyway, while performing work that I did authorize and pay for. Their response? "We thought it would make you happy ". Thank goodness I had email documentation of "no thanks. I only want work in 1 room, not 4 rooms." In my estimation, a company that installes unauthorized goods, isn't trustworthy; a company that presupposes their actions contribute to ",my happiness " is laughable. Surely , the company "Google review responder" will negate what I have written. So be it. Jus
