My husband, Craig, contacted Cory Saunders about a project that consisted of constructing a 40’ x 60’ metal building that would include a 20’ x 40’ apartment. Cory drove to my location to sit down with Craig to discuss the project. After he reviewed the project he promptly forwarded a proposal to us which included cost estimates and time frames. During the process he took care of all required permits. Changes were made during the process to which Cory was very receptive. All work was done with a high level of craftsmanship. Cory was very courteous and polite, as were his employees. We are very pleased with our building and the apartment. We highly recommend Cory for your construction needs.
