Saunders Home Inspections

I bought my house a few years ago and I just want new home owners to not make the same mistakes I did with not double checking home inspectors work and possibly get themselves killed. In recent weeks I've been replacing my water heater and furnace and found out that the manufacture dates were 12+ years older than what were put in my inspection folder and they were absolutely NOT in "good" condition. The gas water heater vent wasnt even hooked up properly and I could have been killed from carbon monoxide poisoning. (Im editing my review because to provide proof that this is the correct home inspector) I am not making up accusations to destroy livelihoods and these are people's lives we are talking about. John did a very thorough inspection on a home I had already purchased, though I am sure many of you would have utilized his service before purchasing as he did uncover some items within the home that would have made the buying of the home more negotiable. Overall, I was well pleased with his review of every nook and cranny in this house. He uncovered areas where most certainly there were issues present. Professional in every manner, very personable and concise on his review and offered insight regarding the items that were uncovered. Highly recommended and in the future I will call him first before a purchase.

John stood out among all of the inspectors I interviewed. As a first time home buyer, I wanted to get the home inspection right and did a lot of research. His website is great and gives examples of the work he provides. He was very prompt and able to really help me understand the process. He was happy to discuss and explain things. Excellent communication throughout the process and a follow up call! I have learned so much from John during this process and he truly has your best interest at the focus of what he does. You won’t find a more diligent home inspector. I know I will ALWAYS use Saunders Home Inspections.

We are purchasing a home and needed a good inspection particularly since we were using VA home loans. John came out and did an incredibly thorough job for us, went above and beyond what were expecting, and took his time going over every single thing he found and took pictures of it all.
