I highly recommend Saunders Property Management. I've been using them to take care of my rental property in Seminole and Jacob has done an amazing job keeping it looking great! He's caught some issues with the lawn spraying company, fixed some sprinkler issues, and has gone above and beyond to keep my property and landscaping in great shape and looking fantastic. He's smart, reliable and takes initiative when needed and that gives me peace of mind knowing that my property's lawn is well taken care of.

Fantastic family owned business. They helped get my house hurricane ready. Did all the trees front and back. They do everything from tree trimming, to beautiful landscape work, irrigation and fencing. Theses are my go to people for all my yard needs.

I had Saunders Property Maintenance to trim my oak tree. Jacob gave me a good quote to do the work. They did a great job. He went above and beyond to get the work done. Jacob and his crew did a great job. Had a couple of other companies come in and couldn't do the job do to having difficulty getting equipment in to backyard to perform job. Jacob did it the old fashion way by climbing the tree to reach the location of branches.

Saunders Property Maintenance made nt whole experience enjoyable. Besides being very professional and reliable, they were also reasonably priced. I will call them from here on out for all my property needs.
