Savannah Air Factory prices fairly on top-notch systems, delivers great service, and does an excellent job on installations. Their bid on a 3 ton American Standard system was thousands of dollars less than others who sell and install HVAC systems frequently on Skidaway Island.They avoid "zip code" pricing!" Yet, the level of service and installation quality was excellent. They're customer focused and very dedicated to getting things done correctly. A particular note of stellar performance goes to James Roberts, a Service Technician who worked diligently to figure out a thermostat wiring issue in need of repair in order to get the new system installed properly. I have had a maintenance contract with Savannah Air for apx 3 years. The HVAC Technicians are always on time, through, and polite. Malcom came this morning for our 3 month checkup. Her was professional. Knowledgeable and a great listener. I trust Savannah Air and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Savannah Air Factory was very fast to respond to my inquiry for service. I requested a service inspection to insure my unit was working well and ready for the year. James was my technician and he checked out all aspects of the unit. He then gave a full report on his inspection. This company will be at the top of my list for recommendations to other homeowners. Savannah Air Factory has been excellent to work with. After getting 3 estimates to replace my HVAC system, I ended up going with Sav Air Factory because of their follow up, communication, friendliness, and timeliness. Malcolm has also serviced our unit and has been just as punctual, friendly, and easy to work with. I’d recommend anyone go with these folks for Maitnance or unit replacement. We have been using Savannah Air Factory for a few years after a bad experience from a different service. We have had a few different techs show up and they all have been great. They always show up on time and they explain everything that they are going to do. The latest technician t show up was Malcolm and he did a great job.
