I agree with the other negative google posts. Very unstable owner. He is given to outbursts of unaccountable and rude frankly abusive treatment. I’ve never been so roughly treated by someone who I gave business to. He dealt very deceptively with me and charged me far more than he quoted. He refused to refund the full amount of the overcharge (my wife had trustingly paid what he demanded without reconciling with the invoice) and was so verbally and physically intimidating that I was willing to accept his settlement just to get away from him. I would recommend that you meet him at his ‘storefront’ in person before you give him any business. That should give you all you need to know. After my puppy had a few accidents, I was afraid my beautiful Oriental rug was forever stained. Van picked up the rug and brought it back like it was new. Even trimmed the fringe perfectly. Highly recommend.

Paid above than the quality that the pad was worth. He told me bc it was such a large rug. When i got home the pad that was laid did not even come close to the size of the rug. He was deceptive and made $ on us- we paid a huge amount of $ per square foot for a rug pad that is not adequate bc it is too small.

We had 4 oriental carpets cleaned and they did a really great job. One rug had water damage and they did a really phenomenal job patching it - if you don't know where the damage was, you can't see it. They did other minor repairs as well. Customer service was excellent --- they picked up and delivered the rugs and put them back down, moving furniture for us. I highly recommend this company!

A wonderful experience! We had a very large rug that needed to be cut down to fit our space, so they cut a piece out and then did a reweaving of the carpet that you cannot even see! Very meticulous and they are a joy to work with. I will definitely call them for all our carpet needs. **********
