I, like another customer had indicated here, sent emails with diagrams and detailed requirements for an order and this company just simply doesn't want my business. I needed 14 heavy duty steel trusses and over 10,000 ft² of roofing material. I wanted to do business locally, however, they must have more money or more business than they need. Maybe it's time to retire! Thoroughly disappointed.

I tried to get pricing and place an order for some trim and he wouldn’t respond. I sent another message to see if they would be able to take care of my order and no response. They are hard to get ahold of and I believe not interested in smaller orders.
Redid 6 Ft tall siding. Drop off was smooth. Great prices. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. They went above and beyond!
