My husband love this place as he has a landscaping business. He's always going in for tools and equipment. He visits frequently I never hear any complaints from him. They get us in and out whenever we go there. Great customer service I am assuming that it's a great place and he receives good service it convenient for him as well. He never says anything otherwise. This is review is on his behalf actually. I went in today as he's working and yes I love this place too due to the friendly staff and great service.

I had a great experience at Saw House. The staff are super friendly, helpful and very professional. They had my machine (lawnmower) ready before the expected due date, and they even called me to let me know it was ready for pickup; that really meant a lot. The whole experience was smooth, honest, and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend Saw House, Inc. for anyone looking for fast, reliable service with great customer care! My 74-year-old Abuelito went to Home Depot to purchase an electric blower. First, he had a hard time finding someone to help him. Second, the employee had no expertise on the products. Last, the battery was not available and had to be ordered. He left the store empty handed so I recommend Saw House who met all 3 criteria that Home Depot was lacking. Thanks Brandon and team for making the purchase look easy.

Once you lose a significant other it can be hard to find someone that will fix your small engine things like a weed eater. I feel very lucky to have found this place. They fixed my Echo trimmer, did it quickly and their service dept is very nice. Store is very clean and looks like they sell Stihl products and many others. Thank you so much.
