Saw Jockey Concrete Cutting

Saw Jockey did a fantastic job on cutting out our egress windows. Joel was our point of contact and I reached out to him many times to make sure all was perfect. Chris (23) and McKay (I think his name was?) showed up on time, let us know what to expect and did a phenomenal job. Our window people we went with to buy and install new windows measured wrong, so we ended up needing an additional cut to make sure the windows fit. Joel was on it and got a crew out the next day, and they were able to make a difficult small cut to either side on the previous cut. The only fine print I would say is that their pricing is very structured. If you want the windows cut out, that’s the base charge. To have the concrete then broken up is another, and to haul it away is another charge. But they were affor

I'm doing a renovation in my house and needed an egress window cut into my foundation for a basement bedroom. Everything went incredibly smoothly, and Chris (#23!) was in-and-out in less than two hours, cutting a rough opening big enough for a 2'x3' window and breaking up the removed slab. It was great chatting with him and watching him work, my two boys were wowed by his array of tools and toys. Their estimating team is very clear on what needs to be done beforehand to make their job easy and minimize your costs. Just follow their directions and give them the clearances they need and this will be the easiest part of your egress window installation.

I hired Saw Jockey to cut my basement floor to install a drain. They sent truck #23 with Chris, Alex and Jay to perform the work. They communicated very well and showed up ontime. They were very professional and went straight to work. They went above and beyond to help get the concrete out of the cut and broke it into pieces the size I ask for to make it easier for me to handle. Chris23 and Dallas were fantastic! My client needed a man-door cut into a 100 year old concrete wall on pretty short notice. These guys were able to fit us into their schedule super quick and the cut is perfect! Chris23 is an extremely skilled cutter and a very personable guy.
