Melvin and the team at Sayayin Painting are incredible! They completely renovated our whole house — not just painting, but tiling, carpentry, custom closets, and more. Melvin is an absolute gem! He completely transformed our 30-year-old home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Melvin and his team did an outstanding job on the exterior of my house. They power washed and prepped the siding, sanded everything down properly, and the painting came out flawless. They also repaired and painted the foundation, porch, and stonework, and even the front doors look fantastic. They showed up early every morning ready to work, and when they left each day, everything was clean and organized. The crew was professional, respectful, and honestly just great guys to have around. I would highly recommend Melvin and his team without hesitation. They were timely, meticulous and professional. They painted the interior of a two bedroom with a loft condo with vaulted ceilings. Best of all, they finished their work a day earlier than promised! They also left the place immaculately clean upon completion. Will definitely be using Melvin again!
