This company went above and beyond to fulfill all of our wishes during our bathroom renovation. The team was very organized and responsible, and above all, very respectful of our home and workspace. Unfortunately I have to reverse everything good I said about these guys. I hired them at least 5 times and this will be the last. Scam artists all day. We have a contract for price and labor. They kept wanting more money because they decided to do things they wanted and not what we agreed upon. Then they played the “oh my son made a mistake with the price”, so you should pay more than the contract. They did not finish part of the job and demanded I pay them before seeing the work in person. While threatening me for not paying them for work we did not agree to. I paid them the amount agreed upon and now I have to finish some of the work myself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM ANYMORE. We recently hired Sayni Design to remodel our upstairs bathroom and master bedroom, install new flooring, and complete some additional work around the house. After receiving five quotes, we chose them—not because they were the cheapest, but because their quote was the most detailed and transparent. Their pricing was slightly higher than some competitors, but the quality of work made it well worth it. They did a fantastic job overall, and we were so impressed that we’re now hiring them to redo the flooring throughout our entire house. Anderson and his team did a great job! Highly recommended!

We needed a bathroom remodel in the worst way. Obtained several quotes and chose Sayni Design. Outstanding choice for us. The bathroom is no longer a 1980 nightmare cave, but an open airy oasis. Quality workmanship, quality materials and they take care while working in your home. Every evening, the workspace was tidy and communication of the process was excellent. I strongly recommend this company, get them while you can because when word gets out, you won't be able to book them.
