I interviewed 5 roofing companies, and I HIGHLY recommend SB Pro Roofing. They have the dream team from Charles who presented the proposal with a detailed Scope of Work, to answering all my questions. When I had additional questions, he was quick to respond to my calls. Samatha (Sam) at the 49th St. office is the permitting assistant she took care of coordinating the permits, necessary inspections, warranties and my request for photo documentation & the wind mitigation inspection. Michael in the office was also helpful with any questions. My neighbor across the street said the team worked smoothly & efficiently together. She was very impressed and so was I. I want to share my experience with the team at SB Pro Roofing and Michael Cottrell. We had issues with our roof following the hurricanes in 2024 and heat damage due to a fire at our neighbor’s house in 2025. The office team was easy to work with getting our schedules to align with their onsite team. The inspection and report were very thorough and extremely helpful when dealing with our insurance company. Thank you all for helping taking such great care of us.

I’ve been in construction for a long time. Got to where I don’t recommend anyone anymore for personal reasons. But these guys, I would recommend them to all. Totally 100% professional. From the sit down to the final inspection to the follow up by Destiny. Never felt pressured at anytime. No overselling , just honest folks with integrity. Jose was the job supervisor and he was amazing to work with. Kind , compassionate and understood our needs and met our expectations. The crew completed the job in one long day. After they left the entire area was clean. Couldn’t even tell they were here. The next day Jose and I did a final walk through and all was good. This is one well oiled machine. We are very happy with SB roofing replacing our tile roof on our 100 year old home in Gulfport. From first meeting Heng for our estimate, patiently answering all our questions to the execution of the project seamlessly overseen by Mike. The crew left the property clean and was respectful and quick! The communication from the office staff, Fabi and Destiny, was friendly and efficient!
