SB SOS greatly exceeded my highest expectations! All of the staff were polite, efficient, hard-working, and knowledgeable about the varied tasks they performed. They helped me downsize, sell three different kinds of collections, and take donated items to appropriate organizations. They packed those belongings I was moving, purchased items I needed in my new home, disassembled and reassembled furniture. On moving day, they transported my belongings to my new home, arranged all the furniture, hung my pictures, and did a superb job of displaying decades of meaningful mementos in my large display case. They also put clothing away in closets and bureaus, in the kitchen they put everything away in the cabinets and drawers, placing nearly everything in the same location as in my former kitch

SB SOS is a phenomenal company! My parents moved from a one bedroom apartment in independent living, to a one bedroom in assisted living. SB SOS came highly recommended to us, and now I know why. The team members have an intuitive way of working with the elderly. My parents had a lot of clutter, old paperwork and items they hadn't used in years, but held sentimental value for them. This process was stressful for my folks, but all the team members were gentle, understanding, and very kind. They could sense when my elderly parents had reached a limit, and suggested breaks. They developed a wonderful rapport with my mom and dad. The best part was walking into my parents' new apartment. SB SOS had set up their new home with so much love and thoughtfulness! What a gift! I have always known how to be thankful for things in my life but I never knew the true meaning of gratitude until we met Kelsey Samuel and learned about her moving company, SOS LLC. We had been in our house for 17 years so downsizing was a challenging job. For nine months Kelsey and her outstanding team worked hard to help us figure out what to keep and what to get rid of. The team always had a smile and always found a way to deal with any and all issues that came up. We have now moved and there are not enough words to explain the huge amount of gratitude we both feel for Kelsey and her team.

Most trustworthy helping hand I could have ever asked for My father passed away somewhat suddenly in California. I live in Washington state and was my dad’s only child and surviving relative. My dad had a modest home and overall small estate but he had “lived” in his home filling it with items that gave him enjoyment and a sense of purpose. He was also paralyzed from the waist down for over 40 years so his home was full of ADA equipment wheelchairs and even a modified minivan he could wheel into and drive himself. I still have a full time job and family to take care of myself so the idea of taking care of all the clean up needed for my dads home let alone the soft remodel and demolition needed just to try and sell his home and getting an agent to represent the sale all while living over 10
