We used SBC to install an in ground pool and the pavers around it. The project turned out absolutely beautiful, we couldn’t be happier. Every person I delay with at SBC was helpful and very knowledgeable. They were reliable, communicative and very respectful of our time and property. Although there were some rainy days that had to be dealt with, the project was done as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use SBC again for an outdoor project.

I used SBC for a large, complex home addition. Our addition had significant engineering requirements and needed multiple stages of permits. The SBC project manager who worked with us from beginning to completion, JC Mey, was beyond incredible. He always fought for our vision, found creative ways to stay within our budget without compromising our vision, ensured that the permits would come through in time, and had the knowledge and skill sets in engineering, electrical, construction (basically everything!) that he was able to troubleshoot and come up with solutions whenever setbacks came up, which they inevitably do with any project. Hired SBC in November 2020 to do paver patio with paver steps for the front entrance of my house. Over the years I was having drainage issues in various areas continuously that SBC would come and try fix it, but the issues just got worse. Met with the owner, (Brad, great guy, all of them are) discussed issues and he decided to relay the entire patio to fix the problem once and for all at no cost to me. SBC stands behind their product and warranty 100%. Come to find out, there just happened to be too much sand, causing pavers to move too much. (May 2025). This is a follow up review to a large project we had done back in 2022/23. Our project is featured on a video on the SBC Outdoor Services website under Outdoor Living Spaces (Gambrills, MD). We had a couple PM's during the duration of our project but our last PM, JC, deserves our heartfelt Thank You! JC has been in contact with us since the completion of our project. We had a lot of bluetooth lighting, sound components and Internet issues (some were operator error) that maybe didn't quite work the way we thought they should and JC would always get back with us to rectify the problem. It's hard to find a contractor that really cares about a customers concerns after the project has been completed. If you decide to use SBC Outdoor Services for your project, ask for JC!
