The crew at SBI are awesome. When they came on-site to do the work, they introduced themselves and took complete ownership of ensuring the work was being done to my satisfaction. They were skilled, professional, and friendly. I was impressed with their work, and their work ethic. The on-site team was out of the Fulton location, but we coordinated with the Windsor location for the work scope and right material that was required. Had a great experience the first time we came here. Have since attempted to return twice to purchase more stone for a garden project. The first time, we showed up during posted business hours on a Saturday to find them randomly closed with a handwritten sign up — nothing posted on their website or on Google. Came back again today, after again confirming their hours on both Google and their official website (claims they’re open until 2pm on Saturdays). Show up at 12:27 to find them closing the gate, and are told by an employee they now close at noon at Saturdays for winter hours. Tried to call twice ahead of coming — before noon — but no one answered the phone. Could have saved us an hour’s round trip drive and wasted gas had they either answered the phone or had the common courtesy to upda

One of the most pleasant retail / service industry experiences I've had in a while. Fully covid-19 compliant, respectful and helpful from the start. They were able to get me the product I wanted ( road base) at a cheaper price than others had quoted. Delivery was on time. The driver masked up. All went well. I will be spreading the word in my rural neighborhood.

These guys run a well oiled machine. Picked up 4 yards of redwood bark and it was less than 10 minutes from arriving to departing! Good selection, reasonable prices, and the loaders are pretty good about helping secure the load for you so you don't need to get out of the truck. I'll be back for sure! Prior visit was to have them deliver 10 yards of bark to my house. 2 day leadtime on the delivery and a modest $40 delivery charge. Well worth it compared to renting a truck/trailer and spending my own time to pick it up (plus you don't have to move the bark twice)!

SBI has has everything you need for your landscape and more. They carry all types of stone, stone veneer, rock, brick, block, wood chips, gravel, dirt, you name it. If they don’t have it, they can get it fast. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They also offer delivery services for everything. The drivers are friendly, courteous and professional.
