DO NOT use this company. I wish i would’ve done more research on this company before booking with them. First off, the owner is like a bill collector- demanding a deposit for which is NOT refundable to you. No where did it state on his text that the deposit was going to be non refundable. I had rented the biggest uhual to get everything moved and we even had stuff lined up for the movers to just pick up and load up well that didn’t happen. I paid for 3 movers, and had myself and two other people helping me. These movers were too busy wrapping items up rather than getting stuff loaded just to kill time. I had already made 4 trips on my own vehicle to load stuff at the new place and these movers still weren’t done. They take their sweet time because they know they get paid by the hr. I sugg

I called them and set up my move, and paid a deposit. Mike calls me at 8:30pm the night before my move asking if a suburban and a pick up truck will work for my move. I instantly regretted choosing this company. I told him NO and that my belongings are big and expensive. He calls me back and tells me that he worked it out. The day of my move ANOTHER low budget mover showed up LATE to my door saying someone reached out to him to move me! The name of the company on their shirts was “Clutch Movers” and the truck had “Coyote Moving Company” on it. SBL movers never showed up and stopped answering my calls! I’ve never felt so helpless. They did an excellent job unloading my Uhaul. I sent a message late in the evening and had movers here the fallowing morning. They worked very quickly and had the truck unloaded in not time. They even placed furniture where I wanted it and took care with fragile items. Nothing was broken or damaged and I couldn’t be happy with their service.

***BEWARE*** They showed up with a trailer attached to the back of a truck that was too small to fit all of my household items so, we had to do two separate trips which was about 40 minutes each way. Such an inconvenience on a moving day. Didn’t discount me although they came ill-prepared but made sure to ASK for a tip when they were all done. If it wasn’t for the young boy they brought along, I wouldn’t have tipped at all. It’s tacky to ASK for a tip! The guy in charge TRIED to be intimidating when it came to settle the bill. I understand that every penny counts when it comes to small businesses but, trying to be intimidating is not a good look for the company. He needs to rethink his behavior moving forward because you never know who you are moving and everyone will not take that type of

They did a very good job moving all my stuff and were fast. Only thing I didn't like is that they didn't wrap my dresser mirror. They wrapped everything up except the big mirror, which I'd figured they would since it's glass. But other than that they did a good job and the guy that moved my dresser by himself definitely did an amazing job. I will be using this company again in the future.
