Horrible customer service. Frequently wanted to mow my lawn when it didn’t need it, but then never showed up when it did. When I called to ask where they were and if they were coming as scheduled , I was told they were too busy and too far behind to mow my lawn. Nevertheless, the owner said he would work with me and continue to mow until I found someone else… But they never came back and never called. Two weeks later in the middle of June when I saw his crew mowing at the complex next-door to me, I assumed he would send them over to do my lawn…. But no, they blew me off again. I paid them $80 a week for years, and then they just completely ghosted me. This is not how a respectable business treats their customers.
