S.C. Yocum

We called Yocum brickpointing 5-6 years ago to brickpoint two exterior walls of our house due to water getting inside and ruining our plaster walls and woodwork. Fast forward to today, we are having the same problems due to his shotty work. The mortar is falling out the joints and the brick is actually deteriorating. Unfortunate for me that I did not research him and the brickpointing process b4 hiring him. Instead I trusted a very local contractor and his word. It turns out my neighbor had the same problem and when he tried to get Mr. Yocum to come over to discuss (while he was working on my house), Mr. Yocum ignored him and instead told me he wasn't going to speak with him because he claimed my neighbor stole his tools.
