Got a decent deal on a new Toilet. Although, the last time I bought one it was $20 cheaper... lol. Still a decent price... I guess. They are a little over packed in this building, so you have to crawl between isles sometimes. They definitely have a wide selection. I have gotten light fixtures here that were really great deals. Worth a shot.

Bad customer service without questions; Most of the items are returns, broken, have issues but, still some good deals can be had. You will WAIT AN HOUR FOR HELP. Very understaffed. Price change depending on who you ask and which day of the week. Some prices are the same as in the store that they purchase from-Home Depot. If the angry owner wife is there you will get a great attitude and great customer service but, other wise; Get what you need check it all over and be done. Also be very careful walking around it is overstock because some prices are high and they won't discount. Will also try charging you an extra 3% once your decide to purchase.

Got a great price on 2 bathtubs. One had a small scratch that they told us was purely cosmetic, and gave us a discount for it. Turned out it was cracked all the way through! They were really good about it when I called though and let me exchange it right away for one in good condition. Still annoying that it happened but they handled it well.

This warehouse has a great selection of flooring, but it's too narrow and choactic to walk around and fully see what they have available without having to move supplies out the way. There's boxes stack from bottom all the way the ceiling. Prices are reasonable and if you do have the time to look around this place is good.

I just received my floors from Scandic Supply today. I must admit, I was hesitant to buy floors from someone that was over a 1,000 miles away, but I took the gamble after Home Depot no longer carried the floors any longer. They arranged shipping for a reasonable price and just after two days I received the floors as promised. Thank you!
