Scandinavian Designs Furniture

Have visited a few times to get an ideas for the furniture we needed to complete a mid-century modern/retro look. Store was extremely clean, great lighting, and tons a room to walk around between items. Furniture and accessories were spotless. Staff, took the time to help select items that would match our style, explain durability, and go over cutom features if the item allowed you to make changes. Staff was extremely knowledgable, positive, and their tone was uplifting for our experience. Staff took time to explain delivery or pickup options. Warranty and how it works. And after care for each item we were looking at. They also did an outstanding job looking at our room layouts and making sure the pieces were a great fit in both color, style, and use. This was a fantastic experience! Sales rep Anthony was very knowledgeable about every product and did a great job matching the best items for our needs and style. We were grateful that Anthony didn't use any pressuring sales tactics - he treated us with respect and courtesy. We slept on our would-be purchase and since we still felt confident in the quality and pricing the next day, we came back to make it happen. We were thrilled at the savings for the Presidents Day sale and were able to get more pieces than we'd originally thought we could. We used to love this place, purchased 4 items and spent almost $3300. After we received our sofa it has a huge gap in the middle, we contact the customer service as soon as possible because the delivery person doesn’t care about it and told us to contact them even tho we told them there’s a problem with the sofa. This is what they told us in customer service which is Anthony Christopher, knead the cushion for 3 minutes to flatten it out we did and it didn’t work. This is also what they said ‘You are welcome to return the sofa, keeping in mind that we do have a 20% restocking fee, stated on the back of your receipt.  If we have to pick up the sofa, we would also require a delivery charge of $149 for the pick up. Shopping for dining chairs and I had already visited West Elm & Pottery Barn that day when I decided to stop into Scandinavian Designs. The chairs I found here were in the same price range as the other two stores but much better quality. Anthony was the sales associate who helped me, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the products offered and all the different design options as each chair can be customized! I also really appreciated his tasteful eye looking at photos of my kitchen space to help me decide which chairs to select. I opted to self-deliver so I didn't have to pay the fee, and the chairs were a snap to assemble at home - no issues at all. Initially, I had a good shopping experience with Scandinavian Designs Furniture, but that quickly turned into to one frustration after another. I bought the Deni Sofa, Deni Accent Chair, Ardal Rectangular Dining Table, Ardal Rectangular Coffee Table, and Ardal End Table. The complete order was delivered and assembled by the delivery techs in a timely manner, however, before they left, they said they were not able to fully tighten the coffee table. The tightened base would immediately loosen once they put the glass top in place (the glass top prongs don't line up with the base holes). I told Scandinavian Designs I wanted to new table assembled BEFORE bringing it to the residence. I do not live at the residence full time and had to made a special trip there to ensure the table was stable. I
