Scanlon fixed our water heater in record time and rescued us from having to take cold showers. And we really appreciate it! Seriously, we were prepared to have to get a new water heater but they diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and had it installed in a couple of days. Can't thank them enough!!!

Recently we were having trouble with the water heater not heating the water and reached out to Scanlon. I explained the issue and the tech was onsite within an hour and immediately resolved the issue. Scanlon responded to my initial inquiry promptly, scheduled me for a next-day appointment, and clearly communicated updates to me prior to their team's arrival at my home. Gene and his assistant were professional and efficient, and they charged a reasonable price for the service -- especially when compared to the rates charged by other Montgomery-area plumbing services.
