Scarlett Landscape & Design isn’t a company—we’ve decided they’re family. We met Jeremy Scarlett in 2021 when he turned our blank Santa Barbara backyard into a living postcard: a beautiful string light lined fire-pit, next to a picturesque outdoor dining experience and completed with 4 raised garden beds, and plant selection to great that the neighbors asked for the blueprint. Two years later, a quick front of the house refresh became a master class in precision—same crew, same pride, zero corners cut. Fast-forward to 2025: a different contractor just punched a pool-shaped hole through our paradise. One call to Jeremy and the Scarlett crew showed up like superheroes in sun hats. We are thoroughly impressed with Scarlett's Landscape! The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Jeremy was very accommodating when we made the initial call to get an estimate. He worked around our busy schedules to find times that would work for all of us. Jason was incredibly knowledgeable about the troublesome plants and trees that had been plaguing our backyard for years and came up with a brilliant plan to restore beauty to our yard as well as create a mini-sanctuary for us. His landscape designs hooked us from the start with their clean lines, functionality, and native plants. Once I was approved by SOCAL water wise, Scarlett’s was the only one to come through of the three contractors I interviewed with an estimate for turf replacement. I was approved in July and interviewed through September. It took me 4 months to do 600 sqft in the backyard by myself and Scarlett’s knocked out almost 3000sqft in a little more than a week. Overall from the planning phase of sitting down with their designer to the completed project I was very satisfied and was pleased with the professionalism of the men that came. They had some new equipment that enabled them to squeeze through my 36” gate, they provided mulch, stone, bender board along with drip line irrigation and provided an irrigation wellness check, making some adjustments a couple times through our 90 day warranty. No Stress! Easiest experience I have ever had with a contractor. Everyone was so nice. The crew was always on time, cleaned up at the end of the day, were not intrusive to my neighbor's property, completed the project quicker than I expected and they did a beautiful job. I highly recommend them for all landscaping projects.
