Tom was a lifesaver when a pipe froze and leaked a good bit of water into our finished basement. Other companies were saying they'd be 48-72 hours before they could come out and Tom was out within a few hours. He got all the wet carpet + pads ripped up and set up fans/air scrubbers/dehumidifiers that afternoon. The basement was fully dried out within a few days and back to normal humidity levels. He even went above and beyond and capped off the burst pipe for us so we could turn the main water line back on until the plumbers came the following day. Thanks Tom!

Tom was great! I had a toilet and shower overflow into a carpeted bathroom and bedroom. He came out quickly and got everything cleaned up. He explained everything clearly. I would absolutely use his services again (although I hope I never need to).

He showed up right on time and worked efficiently to complete the job. We have a tenant who had a water leak coming from a second-story washing machine. Tom answered the phone, no call centers to deal with, and was on his way for emergency response. He found the issue, quickly reacted and saved us from a lot more water damage. He was very nice, honest and easy to work with.
