Scenic City Heating and AC

I recently had two AC units installed at my property. Rusty was the technician that did the work and he was a pleasure to work with. I had many questions about the units and the install and he was able to answer them and give me the confidence the job will be done right. I had other estimates but Scenic City stood out to me not only for the price but the professionalism and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend!

They sent someone out on short notice, during a cold snap, to diagnose my heater, which looked like an ice cube. Anthony was very professional, explained the issue, gave me an estimate, and got my heater up & running again, in no time. I highly recommend Scenic....

When my AC began going out, and I called one weekday afternoon, they had somebody out to investigate the next morning. Ryan, Mike, Rich, and the other technician were all fantastic to interact with. They made sure to diagnose thoroughly and provide options that met with our goals for the residence. And they were installing the new unit just two business days after coming out to diagnose the problem, and even that was only because they had to wait for parts! They were very considerate of my home and space while I was working, and they took care to do as much prep work outside while installing as they could to minimize disruption to me, without my even asking. I highly recommend their service!

I highly recommend Scenic City Heating & Air. Their wonderful technician, Aaron, just fixed our machine. I was terrified the whole thing would need replacing, but he was able to diagnose and fix the problem, just in time for a cold snap. Aaron was able to explain and walk me through each step of the repair, with succinct descriptions and photos. He was friendly and personable, yet professional in every way. (He even reassured me that my old machine still has some life in it, after all!) I will definitely use Scenic City in the future, and very much recommended that you do, too!

I called Scenic City for appointment. In sharing my educated guess of what failed, gentleman on phone said capacitor replacement was $200 and I might want to do myself since I'm familiar. I am from Florida, unaware of local HVAC parts house, he told me where to go. Due to work schedule & working from home, I said can you schedule tech for repair! He said okay today 7/11/22 between 1-3pm. Called back at 3:15pm, no tech. Sandy said he was still at last call, but will call when on his way. NO call, showed up at 3:45-4pm. Tech (Chris) showed up took 1 panel off & said, "FIRE!" I was shown pictures on his phone & he said this will need to be replaced. I inquired to how much?
