Scenic City responded to my call very fast and in about 2 hours they had removed old hot water heater and installed a new one. Shawn, their technician, was very professional and the install looks way better than what I had before. Thank you so much! I highly recommend them!

Scenic City came to my rescue. We realized last night we had no hot water. I called at 8:30am this morning and they had a new one installed by 11:45am. They were communicative, efficient and clean. David arrived on time and he put covers over his shoes. He was very professional and polite explaining everything to me about the process of identifying the problem. Not only did he fix the seal on my toilet and cleaned up perfectly, he also fixed my shower so that the hot would come out on the hot side and cold on the cold side. Scenic City sent David over in less than 2 hours from my call! Price was very reasonable and I’m very pleased with the service!

I woke up this morning with frozen pipes. When I called Scenic City Plumbing they were already fully booked for the day and couldn’t send someone out. I thanked them and told them I would see if I could find another plumber who was available.
