Great company. My system has been great. The installers were great and very knowledgeable. Communication has been outstanding. I love the continued service even after my install. We have solar panels that needed to be taken down, so we could put on a new roof. It was all very overwhelming, but Scenic City Solar was there to answer all my questions. Rebecca is an amazing coordinator and answered the phone every time I called with all of my questions. The team that came to take down and then reinstall were wonderful. The weather was horrible every day they were here, but just worked through it to get our home back to normal. Thank you again for helping us and getting everything up and running in our home.

The install process was rough and had to get a new roof. I do not recommend using their "recommended" roofers. Now i had fuses blow in my battery which the parts are covered but "labor" for changing fuses is $750 which is insane considering how much i already paid for my system The owner claims i tinkered with my system in which i didnt and i would be extremely impressed if it took someone 4 hours to change a fuse that i was informed that was informed that generac had issues with and was replacing with a different part. Imagine being a business owner and blaming defective parts on the customer.
