The job was completed 45 days late, which caused difficulties with our HOA. We also had to forgo part of the project because of inability to deliver even 45 days late, for which we did not receive a cost reduction. Lastly, significant cost was incurred without an agreed upon price and change order. Requests for consideration were met with "pay up or we'll involve attorneys and liens" at which point we paid to wash our hands of him.
