Our heat was going out during a snow storm. Lance fit us in to his schedule in less than 24 hour notice. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and he was able to quickly fix my issue. He could clearly explain the issue to me and any preventative actions I could take in the future. I appreciate his honesty and not trying to just “make a sale”.
