This was my annual maintenance service. My service gentleman was Denny. He was on time and very professional and did a wonderful job. He pointed out that I needed a new whole house Filter and he helped me pick out the right ones on Amazon. He wrote out a ticket so that it would be part of what he did today so I wouldn’t get charged extra, which was wonderful for me. The filters are due in on tomorrow or Saturday and then he told me to just call you and we’ll set up a time for him to come and Install the new one in. I would definitely recommend Schagrin Home comfort services and your employee named Denny Is terrific. Thank you very much

Schagrin Gas made the transition process to a HVAC easy stress-free. Workers were on time and courteous and knowledgeable. Office staff were a pleasure to deal with and answered all my questions promptly. I would highly recommend this company.

6 am..Shock dismayed my tank was on empty. I made a call Amy sent a link to return a picture ... with in 4 hours my tank refilled .. then the driver came in my home made sure all pilots were properly lit.. stay until heater cane on water warmed up.. he then showed me my turn off valves outside my home.. turned the inside valve back on..(I turned them off when fan for water heater wound not go off and I had no heat) I didn't know due to recent illness my tank was empty.. from the first call to the shagrin driver pulling off my property.. everyone was kind supportive and produced a quick solution. Six star service so grateful

This was our first experience with the company and we were so impressed! From talking to the office to today with Angel. Everyone is very nice and helpful.
